We are very excited to announce that experimentation with the platform developed has begun. We have provided a food truck for collection of the food surplus, shared with other projects which revolve around circular economy, and have tested the platform at Coop Supermercato Del Futuro. With our solution we were able to catalog and insert in the database all the donated food in only 15 minutes, showing the result of streamlining the application user interface.
